Delila Owens, assistant professor in the Theoretical and Behavioral Foundations Department, received the 2005 NCACES small Research Grant from North Central Association of Counselor Educators and Supervisors. Owens also was recently appointed to the Professional School Counselors editorial review board. The journal is published by the American School Counseling Association.
